Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you believe your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at metcalfmunkey@me.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer store credit toward a future purchase.

Natural variation in color, texture, and surface — including small cracks and irregularities — is intentional to the handmade process and is not considered a defect.
